A few grainy photos,
and a cinema screen

A surprise for a company’s anniversary, asked by a friend: a few photos of the car, none in high resolution, and no chance to take more.

The hard part was where it would be shown: on a cinema screen, a flaw nobody notices on a phone is seen by the whole audience.

That’s how the evening opened, in a cinema in Vicenza. The CEO knew nothing about it.

One photo,

A single vintage image, damaged. Not a photo shoot to retouch: one shot, with whatever had survived.

Around that little, a whole scene grew, one that holds up close. It held up to a change of vest colour too.

AMALUR,
a brand that doesn’t exist

A cosmetics line that was never produced, and the campaign that treats it as if it were already on the shelves. Amalur is the Mother Earth of Basque mythology.

Not one bottle exists: every photo and every scene is generated. You see whether the idea works before spending on production.

This photo shoot never took place. There is no branch, there is no light of that afternoon, there is no bottle. There is no brand.

Barbara Novara specialises in building projects that would otherwise have stayed ideas. In 2024 she created the first Italian digital avatar of an actress: her own.

Since then she has analysed more than ten thousand prompts and tested over three hundred tools, to work out what separates a believable result from one that is not. Out of this came a method: she uses it on projects for companies and brands, and shares it in her reels and guides.

She is part of Artificial Intelligence Italian Creators and holds creative partnerships with Kling AI and Dreamina AI.

Making real
what doesn’t exist yet

I bring into existence what is not there yet.

An actress and social media manager before, an artificial intelligence specialist and AI filmmaker now. In between, one question: how far can something generated stay believable, and actually work on the people watching?

Looking for the answer means understanding what the audience needs and building something that works: testing hundreds of tools, and making cost and result add up without betraying the brand’s identity. For professionals and companies it means believable content, on time and on budget.

When a tool
doesn’t exist, I build it

That is why I write code today: it is the last thing you would expect from someone trained to follow a script, and exactly what lets me push past creative limits.

Out of all this came a method, built on more than ten thousand prompts: I share part of it, in full, with the people who follow me on social media. For professionals and companies, instead, I use it to find tailored solutions and, when needed, to build the tools that do not exist yet.
